Oh yes. Much to my surprise, might be a lil more challenging then I originally thought. I 1st thought I would have this doctored up in a couple days. HA that will teach me.lol
@@craigtate5930 Would be nice if you added the link to the video(s) where you fix it in the description of this video, for people to find it easier and for it to show in the recommended videos more easily.
I couldn't say for sure. But I would sure think so. If nothing else a person to form 1 if they could get a stone slab. It wouldn't be tons of fun, but definitely doable

@@simpleforging3339 wow! Yeah. I would even consider making a wooden wheel and gluing strips of sandpaper to it before I would pay that price. Otherwise maybe watch CL or market place for a used one for cheap
I inherited an antique grinding wheel but it is literally on its last leg. It is extremely heavy ánd I have to finagle to support it. I need a simple plan to take off wheel and place it on a new wooden support base. At this point I think that I would just use it as a lawn decoration rather than make it functional but that would be a nice touch. Any suggestions, plans would really be appreciated. Thanks.
It's kinda hard to give much advice without seeing the condition of it , and getting an idea of your skill level. You could always upload a video of it. Just keep in mind people can do amazing work with even the most basic of tools, and some of the guys on here bring back some things that are so far gone . So anything is possible
