Alfie & Nala went to the hair salon to be with Zoe when she was having the panic attack, that's the sweetest thing!!❤️ So sorry about that btw, but showing how Zoe handles the attacks sure helps a lot of girls going through that situation too. I had an anxiety attack in the hairdressers once, came out of no where and I had a full head of blonde hair dye on my head. The anxiety thought it would be good for me to think that the hair dye was burning, it was horrible! Hair dye doesn't affect me, it never burns but the anxiety made me believe it did. I was in pain and crying so badly in the middle of the hairdressers, not fun /:

I've had the same 'phone vibrating' problem. It means that your charging cable either has worn out or has a problem. You have to get a new one or you won't be able to charge your phone AT ALL!
