Literally one of the best videos I've watched to get a understanding on how to make most of my characters 🙏. Covers almost everything for me THANK YOU!!!!!11!1
WOW, what an outcome! It was so fascinating and really helpful to see your workflow. Your voice over and editing was really comprehensive and made this a joy to watch. Thank you for sharing your process, I'm super excited to see what else you've created!
wow i somehow forgot that you can use curves as such an easy tool for making snakes some time ago and then i see this tecnique in this video again. I think i should be using that.
Sometimes when I tweak curve points it turns from orange to yellow. Yellow curves are pretty uncontrollable for me, unlike orange ones. How do I turn yellow curves back to orange?
Would it be possible to use that customizable body mesh as a vr chat model? im just curious! friends of mine texture and sculpt their own and i think theyd be interested
Marvelous Designer is way better! In the same way that ZBrush is better for sculpting than Blender, Marvelous Designer just has so many more features that default Blender doesn't have. I know there are a few clothing add-ons that try and replicate it, but a standalone software will always be more efficient
I am so upset that Im literally one dollar short of being able to buy the customizable basemesh lmao That will solve so many issues I have right now, until I can fix the mental issues I have with being able to work fully from scratch consistently.
I've never understood this type of material. Nice demonstration of skill, but the video is too fast, too little to see, so we can't repeat the steps you're doing.
Care to elaborate? I'm always open to suggestions that can improve things. I did my best to position the hip/leg bones so that the legs bent as nicely as I could get them, but I'm not an animator and the hip/leg joint is always the most difficult to get right
@@VertexArcade check out this guys video Blender 4.0 - Weight Paint Workflow (& Techniques!!) it demonstrates it pretty nicely, basically if your loops on your hips are horizontal to the then the animation wont fold right due to the way legs bend. pretty nieche.
