I have always preferred brinjal , sweet potato and kovakka curry in this fashion...Curry podi is a must for such poriyals...It tastes divine , also goes well with chapattis..nice recipe...

madam great recipe, adding tamarind will surely give good taste, but onion will not be OK , it will spoil the original taste of brinjal, Brinjal is the king of vegetables, that too it comes in different colors and varieties in each area. thanks for taste maker recipe.
