About 500 people live in look-alike manufactured homes in what is now the town of Briny Breezes. Real estate experts say the offer is a "horrible deal" for shareholders.
There is no way for that little bit of money that the owners are likely to find the exact same quality of life. They deal should be. 5 million at least per share holder. The developer pays for all. All of the associated costs that would usually be the burden of the sellers. There is already a new monstrosity of an eyesore built to the south. That area is over developed already. Those are some nice people. They need to understand that finding similar will be almost impossible.
@@pianodon oh I see. That’s a tough one. Many of them can probably be persuaded by the financial benefits, this could turn into a neighborhood war. But hopefully they begin to realize that they would need to find another home to move into. That’s not always easy.
These builders need to buy out the boynton mall area that just sits there for no reason and takes up an over indulgent amount of land that could be developed into homes among other possibilities...
Y'all are screwed, take the money and run. DeSatan is going to tax you all right on outta there! You slick Real Estate guy is talking out his lower torso. Like I said, you are screwed.
I bet Trump has straw buyers trying to buy this property. He probably want to develop homes for his type of people.. Very sad the poor always get kicked out.
