BRISBANE - Never Fear Subs And Carriers!

The Brisbane can be an excellent support cruiser. With its tools (Radar, Hydro) and an AA and AS (Anti-Sub) setup for the moduls and commander skills you never ever have to fear subs or carriers.
Well that doesn't mean you are invincible, but at least these 2 annoying enemies get what they deserve.
