Victor is the only person that collaborates with Dan who gets a percentage of the money made for every video he appears in. Dan does this because when he first started and he had no money Victor Wood oftentimes work for him for free. Just another reason to love Dan even more. He is so grounded and humble and knows what the right thing to do is
