RUSSIA has threatened to unleash a 985ft radioactive tsunami to wash Britain off the map if NATO troops are deployed against Vladimir Putin.
State TV professor of military sciences Yevgeny Buzhinsky, a reservist Lt-Gen, said Britain “will definitely not exist”.
A new new apocalypse underwater nuclear drone Poseidon would be deployed to drown the UK, he said.
This came as Putin propagandists and pundits discussed Russia’s military options after its failure to make meaningful headway in Ukraine.
Buzhinsky, chairman of the Russian Centre for Policy Research, told Rossiya 1, also claimed that the ‘unstoppable’ 6,670mph hypersonic missile Zircon [Tsirkon] was “about to be used in combat operations” after testing.
With fanatical pro-Putin propagandists Vladimir Solovyov, he also discussed unleashing Satan-2 - known to the Russians as Sarmat, a giant 208-ton nuclear-capable apocalypse missile the size of a 14-storey tower block,
However the "big beast" weapon appears to be suffering testing hiccups.
“I would like to see how Poseidon works….I would like to see Sarmat in action….” demanded Solovyov.
“Tsunami, tsunami, yes, tsunami,” replied pro-war Buzhinsky.
The professor then stressed: “[If NATO] sends troops, it will end up with [us using] Poseidon, of course, and a tsunami.
