@@Beardmeatsfood dude I had a dude a bar that my mom owned when I was like 21 bet me I couldn't take half a teaspoon of ghost chilli extract. i was extremely drunk, and he bet me 100 dollars i wouldn't even do it. needless to say, I used to love hot food now I hate it. literally turned me away. I used to love habenero peppers, but I cant ever eat spicy shit again. I have ptsd. I went from drunk to sober and my face was on fire and I instantly puked and it came out ky nose and I had heart burn for like a week. shit was unreal. ill never eat another pepper again. not even a jalapeño. I used to love hot food so I thought I could do it because of built up immunity to capsaicin or something, but nah...much respect on this one brother.

By far the worst thing about hot challenges are the stomach cramps. I did a wing challenge in Hawaii that was 5 million scoville. That night it felt like a burning log in my stomach, I made myself bring them up to feel better and my wife said my breath made her eyes water. Can only imagine how bad 6.5 felt!

Never done an insane spicy challenge, but one time I had a load of spare reapers / ghosts / scotch bonnets and instead of freezing them I made my own hot sauce from a youtube video. I cut them up in the kitchen, diced them all really fast, and like a moron I picked them up by hand and threw them all into the saucepan. Quickly washed my hands with soap, and carried on. Around thirty minutes later, my hands started getting warm and tingling. By 45 minutes, I was sitting with my hands outstretched in AGONY, then after an hour full panic mode. Hands were on fire. Waves of pain. I was putting them into a bowl of vinegar, and then into a bowl of warm vegetable oil, and repeat, for thirty minutes before the pain started to slowly fade. Always. Wear. Gloves. :O

100%. I ate a Naga Viper whole once. Burning was bad at first but it went after about 10-15 minutes and all was well. However the stomach pains through the night and next day were the absolute worst.

People who don't do these types of challenges have no idea. They think that Jalapenos are hot! haha I've done a few and succeeded, but nothing like this. I've done an 8" pizza challenge with ghost pepper powder under the entire cheese, I've eaten a ghost pepper, one chip challenge (2022), Route 66 Itaewon wing challenge. It's so hard.

The key to negating the heat from the capsaicin crystals, is sodium chloride - yes, salt. Not a nice taste, especially after a mouthful of fire, but it works a treat. All milk and ice cream do is momentarily relieve the area.

Use sugar to cut the burn. It’s the sugar in milk that helps. If you take raw sugar and put it in your mouth the burn will go away until the sugar is dissolved.

I've found that south Asian food is a good way to level up your ability to handle spice. There's these super spice vindaloo stews that are delicious and fully developed flavor. I can eat a vindaloo well into the 6 million range but I can't do fried chicken wings with some novelty hot sauce named after a gun.

That's insane. I added a tablespoon of Mad Dog 357 to a pizza, and my friend and I were shooting out both ends. This looks even worse. Even if the mouth can swallow it, the body can't process it. Good lord .

I did a 4 million scoville wing challenge a few months ago and I blew through them in 2 minutes. Unfortunetaly i diqualified myself by accident because of the judge saying TIME so I thought it was over. I went against others. I had cap cramps for almost 12 hours. Took the worst shit of my life the next day.

Crazy, crazy, doesn’t begin to explain how nuts you must be to try this recipe insane challenge. The worst part is the pain just grows. Sour cream or yoghurt by your side. Imagine sweat on your arm gets in your eyes. You are one tough bastard.
