Make sure the seat belt is in Auto Locking (ALR mode) before installing. Pull the seatbelt all the way out before install. This is a crucial step many ppl dont know.
The Britax Boulevard Clicktight manual actually tells you it is not necessary to put the seat belt in autolock mode. It’s because the ‘Clicktight’ function locks the belt. Take a look at page 8 of the manual, under point 5, “NOTE: it is not necessary to lock the lap-shoulder belt when installing with CLICKTIGHT”

@ 43 sec, it looks like your shell cover is not tucked behind the red marker. Take a look at the manual in page 37, step d. Here's the verbiage from step d, for your convenience: "IMPORTANT: Ensure shell cover is secured behind red markers to allow for proper function of CLICKTIGHT. Hope this helps :)
