I am a little late to comment haha but yes, a sorority is for girls and a frat is for boys. The fact that you didn't include any party items like kegs or pong or whatever is actually quite realistic for most if not all sororities. At least where I go to university, the sororities are not allowed to throw parties, only the frats can. A lot of sororities actually get in trouble for attending frat parties, too, just depends on the sorority and how sneaky the girls are hahah. I'm not in a sorority but i have plenty of friends that are and i think this is generally how it is at most american universities

I've been in a sorority last year and the exterior of my sorority house was more basic than your build BUT I did see other sororities looking similar to what you made. I can't say anything about the inside cause all sororities look different. I don't know about others but in our house the bedrooms looked the same at the beginning when all the girls were moving in but we managed to decorate it very nicely so everyone's room looks unique and different from the others.
