Frustrating that the A380 maintenance is done so far away (and by a competitor) in Manila. Doesn't sound like that has been a resounding success.

But the number of locations able to accommodate and undertake work on an A380 is limited. I’m sure BA has raised these issues ….

I can see IAG going ahead with letting Vueling take on the BA short haul slots at LGW. What would happen on the long haul is open to speculation as the B777s rapidly approach 30 years old

I am worried about BA BECAUSE THEY have 43 777/200 all over 23 years old. They only have 18 777/9 on order and 6 --787/10 and is nowhere near enough aircraft to replace the old fleet of777/200 and with no other aircraft on order I can’t BA Coping with demand
