Tank my man, that’s fantastic. I’m off camping with my son and his mate next weekend. Two of those one for them and one for me just far away so my snoring doesn’t keep them awake and we’re sorted. Out!
Brilliant and unique setup there, I haven't seen one as good as this, I need to watch it again a couple of times so I can remember for next time I'm out. Compared to the old green poncho bashas we used to make, these shelter sheets can make some luxurious shelters.
The way you set up your tent is quite similar to the way our Vietnamese army does it. We often pick tea leaves nearby, in the forest, a lot, it's great.
Thanks for sharing! I`m a big fan of beeing creative with tarps/poncho shelter variants 🙂 Eventually there is no need to do so, and easier to go the "standard" way building a A- frame. But it´s also about having fun and a good time in the woods, right?! Cheers Torsten
You truly are a man of the wilderness, love the music and photos over the video I'm going to get some of that repellent, the knife arrived last week aswell I'm truly impressed with it just need a weekend free to get out.
Hey tank, enjoying the content mate. Keep up the good work! It's great to see more people from the British isles demonstrating fieldcraft for the changeable weather we can experience.. The bank line you had, may of been the twisted variant, this is a lot stiffer than braided type. I have some of the twisted stuff and have experienced the same issue.
Hey Tank, I have a question about some of the other off brands of the Basha. Like Highlander and Kombat. Are they built to the same standard as the military tarps. And how about a video on getting that tarp back into the supplied stuff sack it came in? Lol and thanks again for the videos
That's a belter pal! 1st time I've seen it too.... Excellent video as always 👌👍 BTW I lost my bank card and had to renew my membership. Sorry if it was a prob Lee👍
That is an awesome set up Tank fair play ,looks mint with plenty room aswell. what size basher did you use? Il check out that repellent spray out always handy to have this time year 👍🏻
Hey, the BASHA are rectangular and approx 2,5 meters x 2,1 meters. They are realy versatile. I own some (different camo) and can recommend it. Greetings from Germany
