It was probably my favourite camp of the year so far mate. Hahaha he would have loved that. I may get in the water again one day? 😂 yes mate I was pleased with how the pics came out in the end. Have a good week too mate x

There are some great wild camp spots along those dunes. Pity that so many people advertise it by having fires and not covering them. Saw quite a few along that stretch when I was there. Pretty easy to dig a fire pit on that ground, get a few stones off the beach to line it, plenty of wood in those woods behind, have a cool fire, then cover it completely when you go!

Lovely placement of the bivvy there, Rob. Never tried a BA gortex bivvy. I like them 69 Flakes, don’t you? Nice to see Mr Hazzard out and doing marshmallows over the fire. Good idea that 😁

Ahhh my friend this takes me back...my ex father in law in sea Palling..I spent 12 yrs up at that spot ..you camped to the right of the village ..good call..alot of great weekends summer and winter breaks spent there ..miss the place alot ..thanks for sharing atb jj
