It was more than removing a part. The bombay was completely changed and reconfigured. It would take a huge amount of work to return it to a nuclear role. Including reinstalling all of the highly conplex electronics and communications equipment. No doubt it would cost millions per plane.
Yeah, it's due to a treaty agreement, but we all know what treaties mean, and that they are just ink on a page. That little deal can be reversed. And no, it did not get gutted of electronics as it is integral to the plane and guidance and delivery systems are also used for non-nuclear action.
I like them all But my two favorites are the B52 and F15E Strike Eagle. The B52s were at Seymour Johnson AFB in Goldsboro North Carolina, south of where I live until they left in the mid 80s.The base have 4 squadrons of F15Es along with a USAF reserve squadron flying the new KC46 Pegasus aerial refueling tankers. Two of the F15E squadrons are training squadrons since the base is the primary training base for the F15E Strike Eagles aircrew
Two fun facts that need to be understood about the f22 raptor. #1 is that this plane is not air superiority, its air dominance. Two iranian pilots in 2012 were shadowing a predator drone and never knew the raptor was right underneath them until he pulled up on the side and radioed them to say, "you should to home now" #2 is that the raptor is so ridiculously advanced that congress passed a bill that banned the military from selling one to even our closest allies because they dont want anyone knowing exactly what its full capabilities are.
You need to look up the size of the round fired by the A-10 Thunderbolt and the size of its gun. Although you only see the barrel sticking out the front, the gun takes up the majority of the aircraft, and each round is the size of an old glass Coke bottle, made of depleted uranium.
First time commenting , it's been a long time since watching your reaction videos and I just realized that I'm not subscribed to your channel, just did now 😅
5:06 actually many do, mainly American haters and Russian bots. Like people tried to claim an F-22 was shot down in Syria but we still had all our F-22s, Habitatal Linecrosser has videos on it.
Even driving armored vehicles with the tracks is different from normal vehicles. Especially at night. It's just like a video game, but better quality lol
Even though it blew out my left ear drum (like almost passed out, bleeding from the ear, ACTUALLY blew out), the B1 is my personal favorite. Dont need stealth when you're faster than the missle!
The MAXIMUM speed of the A-10's gun is 4,200 x 30mm rounds per minute (but normally set to 3,900.) That indicates those rounds are not 'bullet' sized but rather more than an inch in diameter and substantially longer than a longneck beer bottle. The gun itself is larger than the original VW Beetle.
The A10’s 30mm forward gun has a separate seventy-five horse power motor to operate it. When the A10’s forward gun is engaged the recoil is so strong that it almost stops the plane. It is for that reason why the forward gun is used in short bursts. I met the design engineer of the A10’s flight control stick. He told me that the A10 has redundant flight controls, that being a back up mechanical system in case the electronic digital controls become unusable.
The crazy part is when you see the size of bullet the warthog is throwing at 70 rounds per second. They're the size of beer bottles. They literally have to fire in short bursts because the cannon has so much kickback it will slow the aircraft down.
The tech is updated a LOT, and while the aircraft may have been introduced long ago the ones flying today are much newer. Pay attention to the models, such as F-15E, meaning it is generations newer than the F-15A.
@@bobprivate8575 The F35B can take off vertically but will never do it outside of air shows, it's a STOVL and requires a short take off, the Harrier was a true VTOL. The F35B taxes it's engine too much if it takes off vertically or hovers and must land soon after, that's why it only does the vertical stuff at the end of a mission/flight.
@@krashdThat's not true. The F35C is the STOVL variant. The F35B is a true VTOL airframe and was made specifically to either land or take off in small and unconventional landing sites. Identical to that of a helicopter. In fact, the F35B is able to be stationed on Amphibious Assault Ships, aka... helicopter carriers.
You should react to pj's aka pararescue special forces..they are the ones who go get navy seals force recon snd green berets when hurt in action... truly baddass ppl
The F 22 is the greatest fighter jet in the world. The radar cross-section (the apparent size of the object as it appears to the radar) is the size of a bumblebee. BTW the huge, B2 bomber, also has the same radar cross-section. Imagine the enemy seeing a bunch of bumblebees coming at them. HA.
12:45 american here. i had 2 of those A10 Warthogs fly above my house at only around 200 feet above it and the sound of those things is crazy. and the feeling.
0:43 is is basically a flying super computer and is all-purpose stealth fighter. A lot of countries "helped" with production and that is why their are numerous ones for other countries like Israel has it's own version. The US has 3 versions, A for the Airforce, B for Marines because they gave it VTOL capabilities but it isn't as nimble as the others, C is for the Navy with longer wings than the others and can fold the wings
The Lady is right that the F-22 is Very Aerodynamic. In Fact, the plane is designed to maximize aerodynamics to an extent that it is actually unstable in flight. So computers actually control the stability of the aircraft, and pilot controls signal to the computers what the pilot wants to do, and the computers control all the control surfaces on the aircraft to make sure stability is maintained. Something the pilot could not do by his own. :)
C130s are also used for MEDIVACS. I HAD, IN 1981, MEDIVACED from FT Riley Army Hospital in Kansas to Fitz Simmons Army Hospital, close to Denver, Colorado.
I live near Keesler AFB in Biloxi, MS. I’ve been watching the C-130 Hercules fly in the sky since I was a little boy. I was even able to step inside of one at an air show!
I love that our friends, the Brits, appreciate the US military. I hope our friends take pride in their own military. The British Military... tiny nation compared to the US... still one of the toughest in the world.
There are recordings on RU-vid showing Western army units in Afghanistan or other areas getting into serious trouble. Air support was often requested and came in the form of the A-10 Warthog. At the first burst of fire (you also know that characteristic "growling") the units knew that this aircraft Type was in use. All you have to do is look at the reactions of the ground units and you will know what reputation the aircraft and its pilots have. The pilots never have to pay anything for their drinks; others take care of that. That says everything about appreciation.
F-22: Super cruise.. the video says 'cruise at high speed'. What i means is fly at greater than super sonic speeds without the use of an afterburner. It flies faster than the speed of sound at NORMAL speed and then can go faster if it need to to really get up and move. And all while having a radar profile the size of a bumble bee.
If you think the C-130 is chunky, check out the C-5 Galaxy. If you removed the wings off the C-130, it could probably fit inside the C-5. My gf and I were standing in the cargo bay of a C-5 and she just looks up and down the cargo bay and said "how does this thing even fly?"
I'm mad the B2 isn't on here. Or the sr71. Those look advanced AF despite being old. Please react to "how geography made the US ridiculously OP" "how strong is the US military and why is it considered the strongest by need for knowledge". "The US military is everywhere" which goes into the US foreign bases by Johnny Harris And lastly "the US testing is monstrously powerful railgun" Also you could look into the SR71 Blackbird. The plane used in the X-Men movies, the B2 bomber, and also US laser weapons which are cool.
i grew up around fighter pilots. my dad flew F-111s in England in the 79th TAC. fighter pilots aren't like you see in the movies. they're family guys. they drive minivans and pickups. they aren't adrenaline junkies. the air force does its best to weed out people like that. but they do enjoy their jobs... a lot.
Go RAF Lakenheath! I was Security Forces there 1974-76 when we had Phantom F-4s, just before the 111s got there. Hated the job but had a motorcycle and England and Scotland were beautiful!
It appears the military has wisely adjusted their plans. The A-10 is being upgraded to work WITH the F-35 imstead of being replaced by it. Nothing punched like the A-10 down low and dirty.
How about reacting to something totally different? A musical reaction ?? Van Halen-Live without a Net ' Guitar solo. You been reacting to the greats in boxing and it would be cool to see you guys watch what's considered to be one of the best..if not the best guitar solo EVER ....Eddie Van Halens talent dropped jaws like Tyson did to his opponents. enjoyed ur reaction.✌✌🎸🎸
Theres nothing the Herc cant do. Gunship. Hurricane hunter. Cargo. Bomber. It has even demonstrated aircraft carrier landing and takeoff ability without catapult assist!
Funny story!! About the MOAB that was dropped in Afghanistan. My crew and I were the ones that loaded the C-130 that dropped in. Loaded from Bagram AB and dropped on the enemy with words of affirmation written all over the bomb! LOL
I found your channel last week and I love your channel I Love your videos and I hope someday you will visit the USA 🇺🇸. 😉❤️❤️❤️👍.You might like checking out the Navy's Blue Angels I think you will enjoy it.😉👍
