I find it quite silly how many medieval kings died in such honorary ways in battle, while in later years, two died from strawberries and hot chocolate. Either way, RIP.

Also, the cause of death for George V was listed as Bronchitis, which is incorrect - the cause of death was murder (not euthanized) by his physician Bertrand Dawson, Lord Dawson of Penn (1864-1945), who injected him with separate injections of morphine and cocaine about 40 minutes before George V died on Jan. 20, 1936. Dawson contacted the newspapers to hold the press until he told them the King was dead so as to meet with the newspaper's headlines of the following day. The same physician killed another Royal in the same manner. The story was discovered and made public in 1986. His final words "God Damn You" was probably directed at Lord Dawson as he realized that Dawson injected him lethally at the request of his son David, who became Edward VIII (the so-called Nazi King). There was no such concept as euthanasia in law to that very day, and what Dawson did was unquestionably murder.
