The problem with rose is similar to what Zion is currently going through. The way he walks and runs. He has an awkward bounce to his run which is caused by the way his knees are aligned.. couple a bad alignment of knees, with his extreme explosiveness and his aggressive game, and it was only certain that injuries would eventually happen. He was just too explosive for his own body. And the coach at the time, Tom thibidou is notorious for playing his starters too many minutes. Pretty much that entire starting lineup in the pictures they showed went through injury issues and fizzled out because of the it. And rose got the worst of it. After that first injury, he came back playing the same way, and got hurt again and again. It took him pretty much the entire decade to recover and get back to some sort of stability.

If you haven’t learned yet. The spurs traded Kawhi because of a falling out between the team. He got injured and the spurs doctors said he was healthy but he thought he wasn’t ready to play yet. After some turmoil between some spurs players and him in the media, he decided to ask for a trade. With the spurs backs to the wall, they knew they had to trade him then or they would get nothing for him when he became a free agent. It hurts so bad being a spurs fan 😢. Especially seeing Kawhi jump to being a top 3 player in the league. I saw so many championships in the future with Kawhi just disappear in an instant.

As a Celtics fan I remember the incredible match-ups with the Bulls from 2009-2013 or so. Those guys were all in their peaks at that time; Rose, Noah, Deng, Heinrich, Gibson, Gordon and many more guys I can't think of. LUKA you gotta watch the 2009 1st round match-ups between these two teams. Probably one of the greatest playoff series of ALL TIME. It went to 7 games, and had like 6 overtime periods. Insane!

So certain players have a no-trade clause in there contract meaning they simply cannot be traded without them approving the trade first. Demar was not one of those players

The Clippers are similar to Wolves, They are a team that has a great, young core and they have an extreme amount of potential to be great.

Traded players don't really have a choice unless they has a "no-trade clause" written into their contracts. They can also choose to not report to the team they were traded to, but that could lead to them getting fined.

In the Derozan and Kawhi trade both their organizations basically screwed them over. Kawhi is from LA which isn’t too far from the spurs and they traded him as far as possible to Toronto which is the furthest away team from his home after ignoring his injury and trying to force him to play and the raptors betrayed Derozan by lying to his face.

Crazy thing is Toronto is ranked the second best city in North America to live in behind Vancouver no other nba city comes close and all the other major sports teams in Toronto have no problem getting players to stay but in the nba the media makes it seem like Toronto is the North Pole lol. no player left before because it’s Toronto they left because they always had bad management but once they had a good team they had no problem kawhi left to la because that’s his hometown he almost stayed.

the thing with D rose's injuries is that, with hindsight, we can see that it was almost inevitable. If the player gets traded, he has to finish the contract on his new team until he becomes a free agent. I hope I'm right about this

if you analyzed how rose jumped and landed, you can see that he played very explosively, but had bad landing technique and landed flat on his feet after dunks/layups a lot, putting a lot of pressure on the knees

no players get no choice when traded. big time players who are considered untouchable by trades like lebron, kd and stuff sign a contract that has a no trade clause. which means they can't be traded without their agreement. but very few players have that options. other players have no say. no matter how good they are.

This season the clippers had more wins against the Lakers. The Lakers have more overall wins and are above the clippers in the strandings. So they are pretty even,. I personally would give the edge of the lakers, but I wouldn't be be shocked if the clippers win the championship.
