There is a Shushary metro station there, but getting to it across the field is not a real task. 😅😅 By the way, in 2002, 15 thousand people lived there, and in 2020 - 130 thousand people. And in 1862 - 365 people.
Modern music tends to be frivolous or vulgar. And this is true for both Russia and Great Britain. Listening to vulgar music while shopping in a store in Russian is annoying and distracting. Therefore, Russians listen to English music not for the sake of English lyrics, but for the sake of musical diversity.
There once were lots of soviet - style art - mosaics, murals and paintings on the facades. Many are derelict now but the tradition stays. Russia is an exceptionally culturally vibrant country.
In winter when all greenery is dead,snow melted and its mud everywhere,sky isn't blue but cloudy, apartment blocks can look quite gray and depressing,that's why they pain them over with something colorful.
