This video highlights two police officers telling one individual muslim not to pray in SC despite the fact that royal park policy only stipulates a ban on congregational prayer.
Ppl do dirty business in park like kissing and thumping , humpin and jumping. They making a issue about a person praying when they aren't obstructing anyone
We need to make so much shukr, here in South Africa , In our Airports , Malls , Restaurants and other public spaces we have Salah facilities and if there isn't a place we can pray salah without anyone batting and eye. Allah swt make it easy for all the brothers and sisters in the UK and all over the world to practice Islam peacefully insha'allah.
Can't say I didn't expect to see the law intervene when a loophole is discovered, but to claim the wording of "collective" includes individuals who have no interaction with others in their acts of worship is just baffling to defend. What they should have done is come with evidence that shows the regulation was meant to include all acts of worship, whether in groups or singular, or to not touch the subject at all. They could have also just gone ahead and warn people to make sure they wouldn't be seen as praying collectively to ensure no backlash from the other communities whether they are Muslim or otherwise. From what I've seen since the law has become involved in regulating the rules is that the Muslim community wants the rules to be placed fairly on all groups of faiths as well as to educate themselves on how to behave themselves within the park to not cause any harm or problems to anyone. Congregation can be seen as a mob and may incite violence, to which I agree can be avoided, however, to prevent any individual act of worship is to take away freedom of speech and freedom of religion to an extreme. From my understanding of islam, and please correct me if I'm misinterpreting it, is that everything muslims do is by the name of Allah, meaning everything is an act of worship. Yes granted it's not in the same context as prayer but the wording of the regulations specifies "worship". It's for that same reason the Christian's are worried about being able to praise their lord, or the Jewish people theirs. Not too sure where I was going with this, but I just wanted to get my opinion out there as it was sad to see the muslims getting pushed for trying to follow what they were already told was permissible for them without pushing boundaries. Inshallah everything works out and things will slowly go back to normal at the park. Keep up all the hard work and thank you for your videos.
I’m sick to death of some Non Muslims telling us Muslims where we can and cannot pray. If Muslims are.bothering you verbally or physically whilst praying then your comments are valid. However, your comments are nothing but hatred towards Muslims. Islam is a way of life just like you have your way of life, indeed respect goes both ways. I find it quite ironic that “some” of you Non Muslims are always trying to convince people that Islam is a religion of hate and yet all I can see is your nasty evil comments towards Muslims. Continue your hate all you like it is not going to stop the people from reverting to Islam. I testified and bear witness that truly none has the right to be worshipped except Allah alone without no partners and indeed Muhammed peace be upon him is the last and final Messenger sent to mankind. O الله dearest Islam and Muslims and humiliated polytheism and polytheists I ask الله Almighty to help you and protect you .. Your brother Abdelhak from Algeria
Just know that a request can be denied as it's only a request if it's a order they need to know the exact wording of the law to you if they cannot quote the exact wording it cannot be in forced!!! So your wording is as follows is that a request or order officer then apply the answer !!
MashAllah my brother Mohammed, you're blessed with wisdom and patience. MashAllah. And Jamil settled down pretty fast when you brought forth the facts and stood for the muslims rights to pray individually. You remind me of a hadith about Umar (r) Sa’d reported: Umar ibn Al-Khattab asked permission to see the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, while some women from the Quraish were sitting with him and they were asking for his financial support while raising their voices above his. When asked permission to enter, all of them hurried to veil themselves. The Prophet admitted Umar and he entered while he was smiling. Umar said, “May Allah preserve your smile, O Messenger of Allah. Let my father and mother be sacrificed for you!” The Prophet said, “I am amazed by these women who were with me. As soon as they heard your voice, they hastened to veil themselves.” Umar said, “You have more right that they should be modest for you, O Messenger of Allah.” Then Umar turned to them and he said, “O enemies of your own souls! You are modest for me but not the Messenger of Allah?” The women replied, “Yes, for you are stricter and harsher than the Messenger of Allah.” The Prophet said, “O son of Khattab, by the one in whose hand is my soul, whenever Satan sees you taking a path, then he will take another path.” Source: Sahih Bukhari 5735, Sahih Muslim 2397 My brother Mohammed, may Allah make the Shaytaans fear you, just as they feared Umar(r).
May Allah bless us all with the rhetorics skills this man has. Remember that fighting discrimination does not make the oppressors fond of you. Do not expect the average people to like you for making noice. Black power movements were faced with same, but it is necessary for change. Stand your ground and be respectful 👌🏽
May Allah bless you Muhammad hijab For bringing clarity on the matter Showing the lack of clarity on the matter by those who are meant to enforce the matter
I have so much respect for the police however I would like that they respect Islam 🙏 whatever it maybe as long as we cause no harm or danger. World peace ❤️
If no right for one individual no right for all faith that would be fair or else we will form our own policy on the park..Muhammad jazakaAllah you have said it all...
