Watch Marcelito's video regarding choice of songs. He wasn't allowed to choose his own song because it was Simon who chose it for him. For Simon to humiliate him in front of millions of viewers was what the netizens were all angry about. It was that drama of Simon's comment and unfair treatment that we were all talking about. Even his comment about "you have a massive career ahead of you" was just added because he already said that in the semi-finals. It was a fake comment, just inserted in the video clip. thank you for your comments on marcelito's song, just want you to know that Beauty and the Beast is the song choice of Simon Cowell team and not marcelitos' choice that's why you can see the face reaction of marcelito is so sad and he's even mad i think when he said that it was marcelitos song choice and that is a lie they did'nt allow marcelito to pick the song he wants to sing for the finals he preferrably choose "i believe in you " by El Divo and Celine Dion or Power Of Love by Celine Dion, and pls if you have time sir would you have some reactions to those two songs thank you very much!

He can do POP songs, ROCK and lot more here in the Philippines. Marcelito Pomoy can sing any different genre. He deserves to really win. It's not Marcelito choice of song. Its actually Simon Cowell gave that song to him. Here in the Philippines he's Absolutely versatile in terms of ranges and voice controls specifically if you'll hear him in a live performance.

May I suggest that you try to listen Marcelito's rendition of She's Gone by steelheart. He did it so nice. I heard from Marcelito that the Beauty and the Beast was Simon's choice for him to sing so he can't do anything but to do it the most he could. He prefer to sing the song We are the World, but Simon I think doesn't want.

Tnx for your reactions. I understand your sentiments/opinions because you just rely on the video as it was, just like anybody. But the problem lies in the phrase "song choice". All the Judges (being coached and/or rehearsed previously) said about the "song choice" was that of Marcelito's. Since this show was done and recorded Sept/Oct of last year and uploaded on YT just about Jan/Feb 2020, Marcelito in an interview revealed that all his songs were chosen by Simon's team (that means Simon knew) and it should be less that 2 mins long. How and why did all the Judges said the same thing that it was Marcelito's choice, and Simon even blamed Marcelito for his "song choice" ? A Music Executive Producer from the US suspected something fishy and dig deeper to find out what really is the truth. And he found out that the show was a fraud all along.
