Lovely sounds, thanks! The Group 44 IMSA TR7 V8 is pretty awesome too. This is the same engine that powers the Rover SD1 3500 Vitesse and early TVR S and Tuscan V8s.
The interesting thing about these are that the TR7 factory rally cars ( which had a 4 cylinder engine stock ) used the 3.5 liter Rover V8 before the road going V8 powered TR8 was in production, not sure how they got around the strict homologation rules with that, but they did, and it`s a fun fact :)
Interesting engine the Rover V8, The 3.5 lt 215 cubic inch alloy engine was bought from Buick (GM) and I've pulled many apart :-) Very much a small block Chev in many ways and they can be built cheaply and reliably for many applications with a simple cam change.
