Britney Spears | I Am The Femme Fatale (Part 1) 

this was the time when I finally realised she isn't happy in this anymore, I cried when I first watched it. And now with the #freebritney movement it now all makes sense.

The era her fans would only see that she just weren't feeling it.

I remember this being the first interview where everyone noticed her voice was very different, it turned deep and sounded like a permanently stuffy nose. The meds had her jacked up.

she looks so tired. I understand when your younger your'e probably more energetic, but poor lady, I miss her spark.

@MrBibi86 I definitely hope so... It's great to see her coming back gradually, it's good to take time to recover. Sudden success ruined her, so now she needs to take things slow and let them fall into place. Actually I think she's working a bit too hard :S As much as I love to see her on top all the time, I really want her to rest up, enjoy life and just being herself... Too bad, with all those paps around, she might as well go touring all the time... at least there's less camera w/in 2 feet.

well she was sick at this time. she is legend pop singer. her last album 2011 sold 2 million records. not as much as she did in her prime. in her past albums in 1999-2004 but still sold in millions. britney was good singer in 1999-2004 but she had problems in 2007 where she went crazy. still respect her as entertaner artist what she accomplish in her 13 yrs career

@crazy4corbinbleux She was going through some type of "cold" or illness during this time. All the promotional interviews she did, this, the Seacrest interview, her voice sounded like she was congested. Watch an interview from a later time like UK day break, her voice sounds like it normally does. So, yeah...not permanent.

@Francine7 Hahaha, this is definitely PERMANENT. If you see her GMA Announcement all the way back in February, she has this SAME voice. It's her permanent voice now, and it shows here too. You people just don't realize it because you rarely get to hear Britney speak with her true voice (always lip syncing) and now when you hear her do interviews, you're so surprised. Her voice CHANGED.

Her voice is not like that, she does not sound CONGESTED all the time. Look at the UK interview or any of the MTV Femme Fatale interviews she did more recently. She sounds pretty normal to me, her voice hasn't changed into a congested mess for the rest of her life. Not permanent and we can continue this conversation til the world ends if you want.

She was still under Conservatorship, she couldn't completely be herself, but she's trying to I guess. She previously mentioned about it in her documentary. I also believe that recent interviews and this video, as in 2011, seem so artificial...

I just looked @the "for the record interviews" and she lookes like someone else.. Here it lookes like she 's sooooooooooo unhappy en she sounds different. Her voice is PERMANENT. Her voice is like this now, and she has no control over it now. It probably happened through all that smoking or drugs she's been doing..

On this documentary, she really looks and sounds weird. She doesn't make full and sensible sentences, she seems to be struggling with herself to talk.
