She's not in reality a lot of times now and you could see it a little back then at times where she snaps in and out like Amanda Bynes and Lark Voorhies. I've never seen anyone with just depression, stress, or anxiety act the way she does. I think people forget all the crazy shit she does where it's like she's not even in reality and in her own world. Like when she shaved her head and beat the car, then wore a pink wig after that and talked in a British accent.
