Welcome to our crazy world! Many of your comments are from those who have known Gabriel for years. We know what he can do with that voice. Covering Mariah and Whitney are easy for him. He has been studying them since he was 6. He is now pushing himself out of his comfort zone. Listen to "Stand up" or "All by myself" BUT...listen to him sing in Portuguese for a full understanding of why we believe him to be the best to come along in decades. I hope you guys have been listening to more of GH in the past year, that whistle note surprised the hell out of you. Don't underestimate what Gabriel is capable of, yes, his range is amazing, Mariah Carey is someone he has followed for many years. It's not about imitating her or anyone else, he is showing you what he is capable of with his own voice and he can hit the whistle notes with no problems.

I suggest that you at least dare the original version before reacting live. Because it’s unfair to say that a song is boring when you don’t even know what it’s going to react... but I think they’ve changed their minds after the middle to the end of the song. Gabriel is a phenomenon!
