In this installment of Britstops Tour, we visit The Tan Hill Pub in North Yorkshire. Actually, it's not in the Britstops book, but we couldn't resist a visit as part of our Britstops Tour.
Set on the moors in what seemed to be in the middle of nowhere, The Tan Hill Pub is the highest pub in the UK.

What a great drive in. Makes you realise how much beauty there is to this country. I have to say your wind sock on the mic is amazing. We could here you crystal clear 😊 amazing facilities at the pub too. I think we will have to visit if every we find ourselves that far north 😊

Another super video. One of my favourite parts of the UK. Only been by car so far. Glad to see the Dales can be toured in a van . Another place added to my vast list!

I remember the advert from here in the 70's with Ted Moult showing the double glazing, showing my age now. Last time we went were on the bikes and I struggled with some of the tight bends on my Triumph so assume it must be fun in a motorhome. Chris.

Thanks for watching. I remember that ad too. It was a great drive up through the Dales and yes, there was one or two challenging "hair-pin" bends to tackle but the scenery made it worthwhile.

We love the Tan Hill! We’ve been twice. First time dining in a dome, but they were round the other side with stunning views. They look quite hemmed in now. Did you catch any ghostly images in the fire? We got a terrier 😱 Meli looked to really enjoy the moors! It looked quiet when you were there. Was it midweek? We went on a Saturday. It was banging! Looking forward to your next vlog 👍🏻

Thank you for watching. We went on a Sunday afternoon. The pub was quite busy when we arrived but had quietened down when we returned from our trek across the moors. Didn't catch any ghostly images in the fire, but will definitely check that out next time we're up there.

Thanks for watching. Tracey's mic had fallen off her lapel and lost in the previous video so we had just one mic between us. We will strive to improve has we go along though.
