This is so cool, I’ve had the similar experience in therapy a couple times and it does help, but only if you really want to be helped, like she said. We did a lot of work with subconscious mind, it’s not some woo-woo magic, it’s psychology and it works. Thank you so much for this podcast! I really felt a good connection between you and her, hopefully we can get an update if you feel any change after the hypnosis! this was exciting and really cool to see. I struggle with constant anxiety so bad i am clenching and holding my jaw wrong and hurting my teeth daily. I am thinking of trying it in my area. i wish i lived in cali!! I would so go to see Madgalena what an awesome person! :)

I have appreciated the interview. I want to share that a child benefits from learning their emotions and witnessing empathy. This is all part of healthy programming. So please, if your child falls, don’t rush them away from the learning experience. Just be present. Saying I am here with and for you essentially. No indulgence of the sufffering and ALSO no disregard or dismissal of their human experience. This breeds a whole other toxic programming that is brought into adulthood subconsciously.

Wow, I was actually into this episode until she made those racist stereotypical remarks about Mexicans. She is automatically assuming that Mexicans don’t have a lot of money and that they are all named Jose. I am Mexican and my family is actually very wealthy because we worked hard to earn it. She’s a bit racist.
