I mean it's all right. Not great, not shit. The main thing is that she is doing what she loves, so good on her. And her book's not a bad read. In interviews I find her likeable. All in all, she is a survivor and is doing the best she can and will always deserve respect for a huge contribution to a classic band.
oh dear. I'm the biggest fan of the Brix/Hanleys of albums past (mostly 80s, natch) but this sounds like a Blondie parody, and not in a good way. Good luck. Meanwhile a new FALL album due soon WOOHOO. PS, what terrible books, you guys.
I love the Fall but they have become an embarrassment. Smith gurgling undecipherable lyrics over unimaginative instrumentals is a sad decline. This is light but catchy.
