Every summer the Suriname community in Amsterdam puts on a series of cultural events in an area called Bijlmer. @@KeenanLambert198 The English are descendants of the Anglo-Saxons. Being English is an ethnicity. You've answered your own question. Of course Caribbean children are nt English, but they may have British citizenship.
