All said and done as you quoted from Leviticus 19:19 my question is the same Leviticus talks against homosexuality, basiality, incest and a whole lot. So if all these were about the Jews does it mean all these can be done as Christians without any recourse to offending God?
Probably you haven't taken your time to check from the new testament as well. The new testament also makes it clear how sinful such conducts are. You may read 1st Corinthians 6:9-11,
