tell me about it in my first and probably only playthrough i did not know there was a flask of "wondorous physick" and did not use it until i saw it in a wiki 300 hours into the game at around level 90-110 .... also pouches... lol i did not use it until last 20-30 hours in my first playthrough (first playthrough was 400 hours... all item farm ... mega medium role prelate armor full set and lion claw heavy giant crusher insta stagger build with low aka 30 -35 vigor maybe haha (got my ass kicked in malenia though) and used a trainer ... i relied on ultimate rng and multiple panic rolls and spamming lions claw
bro i totaly identify with teh radahn guy... he kept it simple ... just remmeber he is doing 2k damage per jump heavy without buff and his weapon ash doing equal or more dmg ... and his armor is top 5 maybe in defense... so he can bruteforce through most of game with enough attempts... his brain is like a supercomputer when elden ring creators might be using even 100 digit password eventually bruteforce and time will eventually crack it. not the most delicate build but it will work.
He's just like me fr fr. That was my first build and it's kind of a monster. I defeated Godskin Duo in my third attempt, I know Radahn didn't use a small wooden shield with Thops' Barrier, but I bet he would've if he was 5"7 (170 cm) tall. The fact that you have two swords let's you use consecutive attack talismans and crystal tear buffs to great effect, and you can use guard counters to boot. If you buff your magic damage, equip 7 blue flasks, and spam Starcaller Cry you can keep ragdolling Malenia, obtaining an easy playstyle. Lion Greatbow melts anything that's a dragon or a giant beast, and it let's you snipe the snipers. I had more than 50 END, used Great-Jar's Arsenal, and Erdtree's Favor +2, thus I could light roll in light armor, or be a high damage reduction maniac.
@noodles8920 The whistle and the physick flask are just about the only things I keep on my regular hot bar consistently. I put my crimson flask on my up pouch, my cerulean flask on my bottom pouch, and whatever throwables I want on the left and right pouches. I then put my lantern and spirit ashes on the 5th and 6th pouches that you have to open the pause menu to access.
Idk if they have patched this since, but you can actually use the knight medal to get out of any situation. Even if you are normally not allowed to teleport due to being in a dungeon or boss fight. Ever drop your runes in the room of a boss you can't beat yet? Grab the runes and use the medal to get out!
Bro for future reference you messed up the first build he was level 100 but because he had the sorseal he had more stats in the picture so when you matched his stats you added even more with your sorseal you should subtract the sorseals stats from picture builds
@@JF-vz1ju these days? Nothing really. It got tuned down a lot since release, it was rather broken back then, just like Rivers Of Blood. Both swords sadly got a rather nasty reputation because of it, which stuck around even after they got tuned down. The dlc gave us the lightning perfumer bottles, which might mutate into a similar state after they get tuned down in the next patch.
Reading through the builds on the submission page dang near gave me a brain aneurysm. Lvl 250 builds with 40 vigor. Pure strength builds with flame art infused weapons as opposed to fire which scales with strength. People using a hodge podge mish mash of everything meta but not knowing why those or how those things work. Its insane man i could sit there all day and optimize the heck out of those builds.
I'd change the magic tear in the first build to the thorny cracked tear since the jump attack hits twice and it boosts all the damage, not just the magic part.
the second build probably rely on the summon to dish out spells in your stead, so the optimisations are probably meant for the mimc tear to do a lot of damage and carry the player.
On the first build it looks like the raw meat dumplings were for when summoning the mimic tear, as it heals 1/2 the health and inflicts poison, and the mimic tear cannot get status effects.
By helping him, you help someone like me😂😂. Our item loadout is scarily similar. I have flasks and some random greases and I think a sacrificial twig? 🤦🏾♂️
level 100 and 35 vigor? Nah, bro's fumbling indeed, unless you're doing a no hit challenge run with ritual sword talisman and the like, always level vigor to 40 as your first stat (after getting the stat requirements for your main weapons)
I didn't get to 40 vigor until mountain top my first run, on a strength/dex/faith hybrid build I had enough tools for close range and midrange+healing/buffoptions it were never needed. Wasn't until fire giant, melania and that stuff that I pushed it to I think 43. A mate of mine beated the game not even breaking 40 vigor instead he used great bow as main weapon with rain of arrow, or was it rahdans bow and tactically nuked bosses from orbit outside their attack range...didn't even get hit
@@Solus749 Pointless bragging on your part, I beat the game lv1 with a hammer and no mid/long range options, that’s not the point, getting one shotted every time, will sour the experience of first time players (who don’t necessarily have in their builds mid or long range options like you or your friend), combined with the fact that at the start, you’ll have low returns for every stats except vigor due to how scaling works, it’s the reason why early vigor investment is the most optimal choice.
@@EldenRingBuildsArchive nope early investment should be to give them OPTIONS rather than speed to 40 vigor. It is better to do more damage and need less hits than survive for longer and tickle. Devs allready fixed the get hit issue with ashes for those that want them Don't mean you should ignore vigor entirely but you need other stats too
@@Solus749 Again, you have no idea what you’re talking about, as I said earlier, investing in offensive stats in early game, has very low returns due to how scaling works here, so you are not creating new options in doing this. It is not hard to grasp, and you should definitely check the mathematical formulas behind AR before going confrontational on comments
@@EldenRingBuildsArchive It opens NEW weapons ever so often gives DEFENCIVE stats as well. Ofc you don't go into every stats but actually upgrading offencive stats along side defencive stats rather that stick to minimum stats and upgrade health will help new players more. This isn't a darksouls 1 spreadsheet mate, elden ring got ASHES which help new players with bosses in ways darksouls didn't
That equipment was disgusting on build 1, but what I do is put my spectral steed whistle and my flasks in my pouch that way I am NEVER cycling through trying to get my health back I just have to hit an extra button because muscle memory is much faster than scrolling through, bc scrolling through leaves room for error
@@terrycruise-zd5twAs someone who helps hosts in pve and invades a lot. 99% of people who say stuff like "you dont need vigor if you dont get hit" are bad players and ususally do get hit. For the vast majority of people the advice is good. Yes rl1 runs exist and ive done one but its hard af and i still would always level vigor
on the first build, the raw meat dumpling is for the mimic, so he can heal himself, and probably he isnt fat rolling, he might be using godrick's great rune and that might be enough so he wont fat roll
FUN FACT: the reason Adi has Raw Meat Dumplings is because its for the mimic... the mimic can use it an inf amount of times if the mimic is smart enough
the raw meat dumpling is for his mimic tear, see, a mimic tear can use the meat dumpling to heal itself and it is immune to poison, AND it can use it infinitely, so the meat dumpling is just an op heal for the mimic tear.
Actually. the second hit of starcaller is the strongest move, generally getting ~3300. But for the standard moveset jump attack is definitely the strongest!
It caused all that damage to Astel just because it was overleveled, with Malenia it sucked that much that he needed to change the whole stats lol, that build was really bad
im ngl+9 and honestly never knew renala could summon spawn until my latest playthrough. i was messing around in her fight and she started summoning shit i was like “well, this is new”. i usually just melt her in 25 seconds.
I have a build in mind which I haven't made yet but it's supposed to be a sort of dragon mage with godricks remembrance dragon in your second hand, not sure what to put in the primary hand though
The type of people that make that first build.... ...i suppose are the ones saying the DLC is too difficult.. They're also the ones leaving those completely unfunny random messages on a random fence, in a random open area, pertaining to absolutely nothing except the fact that this is their very firstest sOuLsLiKe.... "could this be a corpse?"
I just beat malenia with the radahn swords and I must say that the special attack is OP, especially in the second face. I just spammed that attack and she kept getting hit and falling to the ground. That way I could start the second face with malenia only having 1/6 if her health. (The attack is also good on first face when she slowly walks towards you but you cant spam it since she dodges the attack after the second consecutive use of it)
So my build is a bit of a alchemist/bontanist dragon head for butson burner hand cannon along with flame strike heavy&flame infusion erdsteel daggers along with kris for swap weapon. 60 hp 66 str 40 int 18 sta & mind & 25 faith. Flame or magic crack with stamina regen in flask. Rogier set, items consist of flask, summon and perfumer bottles usually prefer poison version. I only have 3 ring slots as i reset my build from scratch for dlc and only killed everything before morgot in lyndell. These are Millicent's, gold scarb, and Alexander. Great rune is godricks but was planning to swap to rahdans and was thinking bout swapping str & int values around. Seal doesn't matter, finger or beast will do. Hot item are rune^ torrentv red flask< blue flask> this way i can drink & drive. Kill mogh & rahdan & godrick.
A radahn cosplay with no gravity magic and a moonveil INT biuld who dosent even know the name of the friggin most important sorcerers in the game. Say sike rn..
The raw meat dumpling can be infinitely used by mimic and it's immune to poison it can just always heal up. Sometimes it will use it at like full health but other than that not too bad
For the 3rd build you gotta use magic buffs before fight when you first get in the arena, pop a couple bubbles and let them walk into thousands of damage while you're also spamming night comet. Congrats 60% minimum of the bosses health is gone before they even approach you (Obviously doesn't work that easily for every fight).
I run prisoner build with bleed & scarlet rot with the heavy axe with scarlet rot & ash of war frost bite with long range magic attacks. My build needs work but is great for damage & incantation for scarlet rot. I'm missing the right set up but close. I use a staff & heavy axe so strength is needed for the build. Spells & scarlet rot & frostbite is my build all lite spell armor for speed more dodging and aggressive fighting half/slow fighting and going for heavy hits
i guess he plans to always summon the mimic tear, buff it with the commander stuff and chain stun any enemies. malenia gets permastunned with heavy weapons, i tested it with the zwaihander and mimc tear, she was done in 3 try.
@@mattimeikalainen6963 +5 strength its like +15 AR for this build (~2% dmg boost), almost nothing. A good alternative could be talismans with with some significant effect - dragoncrest greatshield (+20% phys defense), green turtle (+18% stamina recovery), crimson seed (+20% hp restoration by flasks), drake talismans (+20% elemental negation ).
Older submissions get priority, although I'm about to update the rules. disqualifying builds that don't submit everything (like the physic, great rune, ect.) so make sure you edit your post to include everything. And if your build doesn't use something specify that please
poise=fun. but for people who like weird builds lvl 217 60 vigor, 60 endurance, 60 strength, 70 dex. 16 faith. full hoslow set. radahns great rune for poise. shard of Alexander warrior jar shard bull goat tailsman viridan tail +3 your pick on tails. spells the flames of frenzy. weapon rusted anchor+25 poison imbue or any other imbue depends on play style. its a chaos build for fun mainly good luck have fun with torturing your brain by raging at elden ring
I don’t use discord but if you throw on godskin peeler-cold, Elanoras poleblade, claw talisman, winged sword insignia, melicents prosthetic, dragon crest great shield, vares mask, black raptor cloak, drake knight hands and feet, spiked tear and pearl hard tear, and if you want more damage swap crest shield for lord of blood exaltation. It would make me laugh quite heartily indeed, it would make my day even. I dare say it will not matter what you fight so, melania and mohg, use the tear swap if you want for him. stats are as seen: Goodrick great rune: Vig-60 Mnd-15 End-20 Str-20 Dex-25 Int-35 fth-10 Arc-35
