Dr. Evil was pretty easy this time too, I used 2 ice, one 3-0 and one 0-3, a recon sub (4-0) and a bloonchipper (4-0) on strong. Thought I'd say this incase anybody wanted to have an idea of a strategy that works incase they didn't want to find out for themselves.

Just an FYI, get the 0-3 ice last. You will be a little off from upgrading it so you'd rather get the chipper to have defense for MOAB, have your dps with recon, and slow from 3-0 ice. It shouldn't take too long but just upgrade it when you get the chance and you should be golden. :)
