Gram flour-2 tbsp
Rice flour-1 tbsp
Cumin seeds-1/3 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/3 tsp
Cumin powder-1/3 tsp
Coriander powder-1/3 tsp
Dry mango powder-1 tsp
Cooking oil-2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Firstly after seeing this recipe I had doubts that this would taste good as most of ppl dont like broccoli but after seeing the comments I wanted to give it a try. And the result was positive. It tasted good.... I mean not super delicious but pretty decent. No other way I could eat so much broccoli at one go. Plus it's super healthy..... very lil oil is used

I tried it recently and I must admit that my friends liked it so much that I prepare it weekly once for salad lunches. Tastes good and very easy to make! 🤟🏼 if you want to opt for some carb free food it’s highly recommended!

For nutrition u can ways steam it and use as salad but that won't stop your hunger , this video is for making a dish to eat with roti to fill your tummy . Just have salads if u need nutrition

What an excellent video, even while muted I know exactly what to do. I will make this as soon as I buy some besan. It's definitely going to help me realize that cooking Indian food isn't as scary as I think! I blame ma and her cooking... One question -- how would you prep your broccoli if it was frozen? I noticed you use freshly cut/washed/dried broccoli in this recipe. But how would you prep the broccoli beforehand if making this recipe? Thanks!

Thank you very much for your kind words, if broccoli is frozen then put in in water(normal water) for some time till the ice has melted and its temperature is close to room temperature...hope it helps :)

For tasty broccoli preparation three ingredients are must : Garlic, butter and black pepper. And instead of besan, use Chattu. And instead of rice powder use bread crumb. Do not use mirch powder and haldi. You can add little bit of onion, mushroom or chicken to make the dish 😋
