I would like to know more about these productions. Who is the cameraman? Is he really this old granny's grand son? If so it's really very praiseworthy what he is doing to showcase his grand mother's ability and preserve her recipes. This is also about big cooking, about being generous and sharing. It is just wonderful to see.
I think they must receive funding from various sources, to be able to afford all the ingredients to feed so many people. Or perhaps a lot of the food gets donated. Not really sure, but I do enjoy the videos, and seeing people fed. I originally found this channel by doing a search of Indian recipes, as I wanted to eat more vegetarian dishes, and I love Indian spices.

It isn't that hard to understand. This is a basic Indian dharma i.e. duty. People with concience try to do it. Search for Akshay Patra Foundation. They have already served billions of meals to kids in India.
I like granny’s cooking she always have a smile in her face. She is very clean and washed vegetables thoroughly before cooking. But I wonder how the kids ate those hot and spicy foods? I like watching this show feeding the poor hungry kids. More power granny!

I'm OBSESSED with Granny and her cooking and it's pretty darn easy to just reduce her recipes down for a small household. Love the esthetic too and of course the GIVING. Namaste
