This man should go into Australian history as a legend. Way out west was a very commercial song, it should not detract from the quality of this band. To me, Broderick Smith is an Australian musical legend.

brod put a best of out a few years back its a great album ,buy it he`s a battling muso ,i played with him and rev, a few times and they are under appreciated ,growing up in sunbury i was very influenced by all the oz rock from that era ,its a shame they are often looked over for lesser talented "New artists " i bought the album its called journal..the best of broderick smith,14 tracks including faded roses, ocean deep, ruby in the snow,.......give the man a hand...
