As a mechanical engineer who majored in computer aided design and manufacturing, I still get a blast watching the design, planning, and execution of a very long process come to fruition 30 years later!!!!!!!! Thanks for sharing. P.S. The music was enjoyable too!
I want some Brodix heads ! I give a lot of respect to the people that make or design the programs for the CNC machines to just have at it on a slab of aluminum or iron. Imagine when they are running the trial and error runs at the beginning of the CNC process(es) going through who knows how much material until they get it exactly like they want it..good stuff here Brodix !
There is little if any trial and miss on a CNC mill. All the design, and movement of the mill are worked out on the computer. After knocking out a head it goes to a flow bench then a dyno.
