Do you by chance know how to program a new code to this? I bought a rv with this lock and it just opens with the default 123456 code but want to switch it. I have sent a email to them and haven’t heard back yet unfortunately. Thanks !

Unfortunately, that was a while ago, and I don’t remember the particulars. I do remember on the inside of the lock. It had a reset button. However, I had to follow the directions in the manual pretty closely to do it right. You are correct, it is very difficult to get a hold of them, the customer service turned out not very good.
