+TheLondonCyclist I thought it might have been because - as she says in 1:18 to 1:30 - it's a new song, so the congregation wouldn't know the tune yet; having a look at some of their other videos, though, it seems more likely that the congregation at Saddleback just isn't as vocally expressive as, say Hillsong or Bethel, which have a different cultural background.
