New progressive fusion rock piece inspired by current world events and beyond! Features crunchy Hammond organ, Rhodes piano and Moog synthesizer solos. Inspiration from King Crimson, Chic Corea, David Sancious, Happy the Man, Keith Emerson and others. Big labor of love, months in the making. So go crank it UP float away and enjoy!!

OH YEAH!! Love the heavy overdriven Hammond chords!! I was wondering where this piece was going after the intro, and it went to prog-metal heaven!! I LOVE this composition Kyle!! Great unexpected twists, turns, modulations. Had to listen twice to digest everything. This thing rocks like an SOB but it's also super engaging and really interesting. This is one of my very favorites of yours. Killer construction, mixing and playing. You've earned your Friday beveridge! Really well done!!

Thanks Rick!! I busted my butt on this one. Took to pen and paper from the get-go when I wrote this. My goal and challenge was to write something new that would be on par with Arc 369. I thought my computer was going to blow up 🤣 I’m due for an upgrade soon. Latency issues especially when I get past 10 audio tracks. Man I really appreciate your comments whether good or bad, because that helps me hopefully be a better musician! BTW I did have some fav beverages last night after playing a nice r&b gig

So here is another GoodOne ! I am curious which speed up / slow down method you used. Brave Man recording live on video. Watching the monitor 👍🎹

Hey Richard! Thanks bro really appreciate it. I created the “steel drum” mini loop in an EHX 1440 looper pedal. Behringer Cat synth module. As I took the audio to a computer track I changed speed with the tempo knob to get that trippy warble effect ( Like a LP record speeding up or down)

@@KyleWhitlock-Music cool. I had not thought about using a pedal. I use Vinyl from Izatope for record slowing down. I have used the tempo map or the time and pitch stretching in Cake.

Curious how you do the drums on your tracks - programmed, recorded live by you, recorded live by someone else, ??? Everything else is keys/synths, right? Or am I overlooking other instruments? Sounds great!

Vst Drums are recorded by my fingers note for note! I believe I used one midi loop for a short phrase near the beginning, other than that I played drums myself live and make corrections after the fact. Very tedious process but it’s what my music calls for. The rest of the music is a combination of hardware and software instruments. Thanks for listening!
