I understand how the numbers and the usage of the Daizenshuu works. I already discussed this with someone in these comments already and I'm not gonna correct all of you that wanna type before reading this. I reacted the way I did to the Daizenshuu inclusion cause last time they threw in all these numbers for Dragon Ball they were dead wrong. So please, before you come at me about how I reacted to that part, I hope you read this first to understand where I was coming from.

The reason they're using the Daizenshu is because they're referencing the Super Saiyan multipliers. They state the Base form Goku in DB Super with the x400 multiplier of SSJ3 is already several times stronger than World Breaker Hulk, let alone SS Blue and Broly himself.

Your reasoning for not using the Daizenshu because it's old information about the same character wouldn't that logic also applied to the hulk from the older comics with a lot of the feats including that he can destroy the universe 100 times fold be pushed aside since its old information? They're just using the Daizenshu to reference the multiplier that each form has and applying it to super goku. It don't matter that the information is old as long as the creator has not stated that it's not Canon then we would still use it. Plus when this battle was announced almost everybody knew that it was going to be a stomp because Broly is way too powerful than the hulk can handle

Theyre using the daizenshu for multipliers on their transformations not how strong goku himself is. So the information is still completely accurate regardless how old it is

Don't understand how you can hate Deathbattle when for the most part 98% of the time they provide real facts and statistics, its not their fault if you dont believe them or don't understand certain feats, also the a type b type and c type was just to clarify the different stages of Brolys super saiyan form

What do you mean the old guides power multipliers don’t mean anything? Why would the multipliers ever change? Ssj1 is 50 always has been and so have the others. Only problem I got with this is at the end they said the hulk was slightly faster .witch would be wrong going by the speed feat they used for base goku . they basically didn’t use the ssj 3 multiplayer to multiply the speed feat but they used it To Multiply the Strength . So basically their implying that goku speed don’t grow past his base from when he go to ssj and higher . Lol tf

The thing is that in Super and then Broly movie, DBS sources stated that now based form Goku equals super saiyan god from when he fought beerus, so imagine the next 5 power ups then ultra instinct

The reason they picked the daizenshou 400x power is cuz it's one if not the most original base set of power multipliers, so if you saw that they should move off the daizenshou and pick the most recent set of power means that you are sorta helping the broly side of things, also meaning that hulk should have definitely lost...

I am a little disappointed they didn't mention that the marvel universe is over 100 times bigger than ours. The dbs universe is only 9 times bigger. Hulk has destroyed multiple marvel universes at once. And he's destroyed a universe infinite in size. With this in mind Hulk must be stronger physically. He also has tanked attacks of the same or even greater levels. So his durability should be higher too. Look, I'm not trying to complain and be "that guy" but I'm a little disappointed that they didn't use this information. Granted, the saiyan multipliers might still give broly the edge if you do the math.

The reason why they haven't done a standalone Hulk movie is because Marvel and Disney don't own the rights to the standalone movies and Universal doesn't want them to do it either. So yeah the only way they can use the Hulk legally is just by making him be part of other movies and they are finding a loophole with SheHulk finally with exploring all types of Hulk

0 way broly was going to lose to hulk, there isn't even competition for power output they've shown. The multipliers in db can get insane and broly was boxing up golden frieza, goku and vegeta at the same time all of which are multiversal in their final forms. It was so bad they literally stood no chance. Gogeta had to go super saiyan blue to handle broly and I'm 90% sure that final kamehameha gogeta threw at the end would've been enough to wipe out broly and turn him to less than ash. Dragon ball characters fought and killed buu who's regeneration made it so that he can form if even smoke of his body is all thats left. I dont see how hulks regeneration would've held up either.

They did lie about Hulk's healing factor. He can regenerate even if he's vaporized. He can regenerate from pretty much anything even erasure. I won't go into how weak they made him but understand this ISN'T A COMPOSITE HULK. Composite meaning a sum of all his separate iterations. This was weird fusion of Immortal Hulk and World Breaker/Green Scar. They didn't even talk about his fight with Sentry. And lied when they said he's been knocked back to Bruce. He HAS in other versions and comics but world breaker/green scar literally choose to power down. Simple as that. Anyway its what I expected.

I have to point out something of goku being equal in base to ssj god which is incorrect at least before super came since there was this state call beyond god which it was true of goku being equal to his ssj god form but then champa’s tournament came and then all of a sudden he was again normal and have ssj god (manga in the anime it return until the survival tournament) but to be fair he got much much stronger at the broly movie still I enjoyed the episode I really didn’t care who win since they’re both my fav characters

There transformations have set multiplayers it's there base form power that is what changes not the forms

Biggest problem I have with the ending calculation is assuming Goku's base power is equal to Super Saiyan God's against Beerus, which isn't true. That power-up was only temporary, considering if Goku's base was ACTUALLY that strong moving forward, going Super Saiyan 3 alone would've surpassed Beerus. The temporary power-up is supported by the Super Manga where Goku never absorbs SSG's power in the first place (remaining SSG all the way through), meaning Goku never got some permanent power-up like they assumed in the Death Battle.

yea this was one of their worst showings yet tbh. Idk what their thing with hulk is but they don't like him and just pretend he loses to anyone XD. They constantly either misconstrue feats, leave some factors out of them, blatantly lie about them, or sometimes even just make shit up using their own headcanon. One thing that irks me the most is they don't try to equalize things and look at them from the same light, for example: Their main argument for broly's strength is based on scaling to goku and him fighting beerus and "nearly destroying the universe" and using that to say he's universal at that point so now that he's stronger he's multiversal+ or whatever nonsense they said. In reality we should be looking at the immediate area (which was fine, they weren't even hitting hard enough to affect the planet directly below them) because they used made up logic to say the shockwaves get more powerful the further they go. That means it wasn't just straight up how hard they were hitting, they just simply had to make some shockwaves and it was gunna destroy shit far away regardless because they'd just keep going and going getting stronger and stronger. Whereas if we look at hulk and his shockwave feats, he's literally destroyed universes and dimensions, and the shockwaves from him vaporized EVERYTHING, and that's with real world logic that shockwaves get weaker the further they travel. Apply DB logic to him and he would've erased everything in marvel.
