Just installed - an innovative sculptural noise barrier located on the A12 near Bromley-by-Bow, designed to improve and quieten the public realm adjacent to a residential development.
The barrier is fabricated from bespoke folded aluminium cassettes, clad in a micro-perforated “silk metal” in its first use outdoors in the UK. Anodised and siting on removable low eCO2 concrete footings, this is a prototype for a future roll out with TfL. Fabrication and detailed design carried out from our workshop in south east London.
