Had my test at Bromley early this morning. Finally passed with 4 minors…after a few fails over recent months. Thanks for your Bromley vids which I found very helpful. Good luck to anyone with their test coming up!
18:45 I was taught not to trust signals and only act if the car is actually turning. Just because there is a signal does not mean that the car will actually turn that way. Wouldn't the hesitation be justified in that case?
Hey, yes they can and they do! Especially when you're too close to one side of the bay and they can't tell you're completely in. However, not every examiner would but if you fail to properly observe whilst doing the manoeuvre or have picked up a serious/dangerous fault prior, they won't even bother to check because at that point they know you've FAILED the test. Wishing you all the best on your test! 🤞
I have my driving test in Bromley this Saturday morning 8:10 am. Are the roads busy on Saturdays morning? I have never been to Bromley, I live 1-2 hrs drive away
Hey, that time of the morning on a Saturday, the roads are going to quiet which will mean you may have to drive a little fast to keep the flow of traffic. Bromley is a 30mph area but you should drive according to the conditions of the roads. It's OK to drive slow on narrow roads/spaces but where appropriate, your top speed should be about 26/27mph. Anything you're unsure about, feel free to ask your examiner. Perhaps you could come back here after and share your experience. Wishing you the very best of luck.
Hey, stay calm and take it easy. Don't rush through the test. Anything you don't understand, just ask! Remember your examiner knows you are a LEARNER DRIVER so won't be looking for perfection rather they only expect you to drive SAFELY. That's it! Please come back and let us know how it went. Wishing you the very best of luck.🤞
