In this video I will be adapting the J&L Oil Separator Company's Bronco 2.7 Ecoboost oil separator to work on the Raptor's 3.0 by making custom length hoses.
I misspoke about the "heat shrink ends". They are just beauty covers for a cleaner look. As tight as the hoses fit on the fittings, clamps are not necessary.
To mention on the filters directly on the valve covers,I have seen concerns when removing vacuum for vent to atmosphere that there is no suction pulling crankcase fumes out thus causing buildup in the engine over time. I personally have not experienced this on my own vehicles. I would assume those seeing buildup may not perform complete warmup cycles over a very long period of time.
