How is it possible that a brand new Ford Bronco Wildtrak could be considered an UPGRADE from a new Ford Bronco Raptor? With three little letters - APG. To check out more Lite Brite Nation content & merch, click here → linktr.ee/lite...
i am really digging the 22 badlands I have! it's no jeep, but it's doing everything i want it to. i put a BDS lift kit and 37s on it and holy cow is that a game changer!
A lot of repeated information in this video but I am really digging the enthusiasm by you both AND the company owner. I can't wait to see what you guys can do with your new Bronco.
I was hoping that the Raptor was not leaving. With this new build you be carrying the Ford flag very well. Good luck with the build, cant wait to see it.
I’ve owned 17 jeeps heavily modified not as modified as yours but pretty extreme including the 392 and I purchased a bronco raptor then I sold it because I wasn’t sure about it went back to jeep now I’m back to bronco raptor I love it it is comfortable it is capable right out of the box, but now what you have is pretty awesome and I’m impressed.
I've been rocking the APG fenders on my 2 door for the last 3 months and still rock solid. Once I saw them release the kit, I was on the phone with George, credit card in hand. Not a single regret. Now I'm waiting on the V8 swap kit =)
When you got your first Bronco was excited to see what you were going to do, then you swapped to the Braptor and I was wondering what modes are available, I am very excited to see the changes and then see how well it does Offroad. Thank you for pushing the limits of what can be done.
I just came across this video and this new Bronco. I'm pretty excited to watch ALL the content you create with it. I was highly disappointed when you got rid of the Badlands. I think I watched maybe 2 Raptor vids. Just didn't do it for me and I don't watch Jeep only vids. But this is gonna be amazing. I have a 2 door Badlands manual transmission Sasquatch. Basically stock. Love it.
Dang, George is really passionate about what he does. I know that many of you may be bored with the technical 💩at 30:35. Still, as an engineer I really appreciate him taking the time and being as open and transparent about his manufacturing methods. Someone willing to talk about this to the length that he has is a sign of a quality manufacturer.
Wow. This is gonna be cool to watch. I have the APG mid travel suspension on my WT with 37" Nitto Ridge Grapplers. It's a good suspension setup for what we do, but the ProRunner setup is just plain sick.
I've never really been a huge fan of the Broncos but those are sick. I'm a sucker for Cabon Fibre, gets me every time. Now to figure out how to smuggle one into Canada. I can't wait for you guys to give yours the beat down
OMG, this is EXACTLY what I was hoping you guys would do, APG rocks, damn expensive though.... Hope it turns out perfect and more Bronco content the better!!!
Love APG! Would send my Bronco to them in a millisecond for a build if I wanted to go this route. Looking forward to what you guys do with the new Bronco. GL!
This is the best APG promotion I've ever seen. I've been dismissing them as gratuitously expensive, but now I'm trying to find money to send my BadSquatch to them!
They definitely aren’t cheap, but the quality and value is 100% there and worth it in our opinion! We hope to be able to really demonstrate that when ours is done! 🤙
@@LiteBrite this is the impression I was left with after viewing your video. You just can't fake that kind of enthusiasm and excitement for a product. The passion of APG was seeping through every pixel. I'm excited *for* you. Genuinely.
Believe it or not I love the 4 Runner for obvious reasons, however the Bronco Wildtrak naturally attracted me and just due to the Bronco having the look of an offroad vehicle just adds on to the experience of enojying what it is.
HE kept saying the suspension was "bullet-proof"...let's watch Kevin find some new ways of testing how bullet-proof the underside truly is. Will love to see if they can design a camera that is useful to Kevin when he is going over stuff. Will be interesting to watch the Wildtrack 2.0. Can hardly wait.
We absolutely 100% miss selling our wild track. We got it at an amazing deal so resold to profit. But now it made such an impression, we are going to get another one.
21rst! You kids are looking great! I seem to remember y’all were downsizing and getting rid of vehicles not too long ago. I should have placed a bet. I compared the run through the desert you just did with StepChild to this run with new Bronco: both are so amazing! This is really going to be something to see! Can’t wait to see the wrap y’all put on this! Picked out a nickname yet? LiteBriteNationBackInTheSaddleAgain!
Nah, just someone who’s genuinely passionate about his work and cars. 😊 He geeks out on all of it, and totally deserves to, cause he creating something pretty sick. 🤙
@@LiteBrite This man is driven by passion...easy to see. People like us don't do it for the money. passion is ok when you can back it up. Any doubts, rewind and watch again. Have a blessed week! 😎
I've talked to this guy about their pro-runner build. $100k plus. He will never stop talking in circles to sell you his build. He finally got a break with litebrite nation. He really needs to just calm down since you're Already featured on the channel so you can stop talking in circles and calmly just get to the build and components.
Honestly, it’s less about selling the build and more about him just geeking out on all of it (which he totally deserves to, cause he’s created something pretty sick). He’s just someone who’s genuinely passionate about his work and cars and really enjoys talking about it. 😊 We get it, cause we’re the same way. Especially Kevin. Those two could spend hours talking in circles (and probably come up with a hundred insane, but really amazing, ideas in the process).
This is great to see, I'm really excited for this one. I was disappointed that your previous Badlands experience didn't go well. I really love these Broncos, though they're completely out of my budget. It'll be great to see what you guys can do with this one.
Great Segway!!! Toyota guys are needing therapy for neglect and lack of love. What could ease our pain you ask? Great question! Day 40: Renegade 17x9 139.7(5.5) 4.25bs black with white lettering.
Toyota doesn't make anything more than a standard 4x4 and will never make anything for the hardcore off-road enthusiasts. It's not their market. They do vanilla, but they do it very well!
@@ProjectXJhaha, it's true. 5th gen 4Runner has been out 15 years now and nobody's doing anything like this, people are still doing"builds" with 2-in lift Bilstein shocks and 33s.
APG. Doing it right doing it big. If you want a RIG setup the way they want it, and you do not have the knowledge or more likely the tools and space to do it all yourself....APG. From what I have seen, they and a few other companies will actually take your stock Bronco and turn it into BEAST MODE Bronco. If you need it to do what people do out west with their Bronco, they are not a bad choice. And before anyone says this or that, I am not affiliated with APG in any way, hell I have never met anyone from there. Just going off of what people I have spoken with and what I see.
What I hope we don't get in a few weeks is a video of "bam, all done!". What makes the step child near and dear is that we've followed the journey from mild to wild and all the little steps along the way.
Also, don’t sleep on the 2.7L EcoBeast. Mine’s FBO and running on an E85 🌽 tune from ZFG Racing. 400+ WHP and 480+ WTQ with stock turbos. More than a stock Jeep 392 😄
Im excited! I think what APG has done is amazing! but that cost is insane! finally someone to really put it to the test and see if its really worth the 50 to 80k extra
Damn beautiful build guys!!! When it's ready...time to hit those 3ft whoops in San Felipe B.C. at 80mph. Who knows, maybe the Baja 500 next Year? That would be awesome!!!! 🛻🌪🌪⛱️🌵
The first thing I noticed when I got a jeep was the interior. The plastics in the bronco black diamond I used to have would scratch up so easily I was constantly heat gunning. I started beating the shit out of my gladiator 12 hours after I picked it up and she’s got very minimal scratches on the interior plastics. I do miss the twin turbskies on the bronco though.
So basically this one is just more aftermarket friendly if you want to buold a focused offroad vehicle. But if you want a better all around vehicle thats still capable on and off road it seems the raptor is the better option.
I will say, owning a JLU(XR rubicon) with mods, etc - and now also owning a 23' Base 4 door bronco sasquatch, I love them both. Yea, there's a few quality things i notice that are kind of short comings(mostly with body stuff). But overall I do love it. I think broncos are much more refined compared to first release.
Hey guys I just want to comment and say I really enjoy your videos and your input on off road experience and driving. I actually switched from my JKU Rubicon Recon to a 23 Bronco Badlands. How come you guys hate on the Badlands so much? I love mine and it’s been trouble free in every way through the first year of ownership!
A steering wheel manual Patel shift 10 speed transmission on a 1979 Bronco could out Physics a 2024 Bronco computers. Both up the power curve, and equally in down shifting drag efficiency.
There is a replacement for displacement, bigger turbos, intake, exhaust work and anti lag. The 2.7 is great, it can easily handle 550-650 hp and 700lbft But I get it, I have a big block car and truck as well and nothing beats the sound of
Nobody talking about,” How many speed trans”? A 10 speed trans would fit in a 1979 Bronco, 2024 Bronco not so much , mapping the shifts would be a art….
I've been a hardcore wrangler guy for the past 12 years but I'm thinking about changing it up for a Bronco build similar to that just to try something different.
Just a side note, drop Ford Performance tunes…, they are basic tunes, not doing anything for performance and not managing that 10 speed, COBB is the way to go, they have been doing Ecoboost for the past 10 years, and the transmission torque managing, skip or not shift that they offer that you select with oem mode dial and smoothness of the shifts are equal to none. Plus you can carry many many engine tunes+transmission programs, and switch them within 2-3 minutes, compared to Ford’s (only oem to 1 extra tune) in 15-25 minutes, lets say highway tune, skip shift, 1-3-5-7-10, to full off road non skip shift 1-2-3-4- 93 or ethanol baja road racing, That truck sure looks like it is built from the best minds and best materials until you see, it needs it’s power/transmission to match.
If you want to go fast, its way cheaper to just go with a F150 Raptor. I love my gen 3. It has loads of room and doesnt have the horrible build quality of the Bronco. Also, i notice they arent mentioning cost st all. I started following this channel because they were wheeling on the cheap. Most of the time now i don't make it more than 5 mins before going to something else. This is just an infomercial for APG....so they are getting their bronco done for cheap/free.
