You need to call support and get a new seat ring - the old one has failed electronics. This video just shows a few things I found out while replacing mine.
It's been so long I don't remember exactly, but it was small electrical thing with wires that plugged in to the ones you removed. Not hard with instructions on the web page they send you.
How long did it take Brondell to ship? I was sent the instructions and told I would be sent an invoice, for the shipping and 25% of the cost, like you. Waiting for them to send me a PayPal invoice. Looks like I have a similar problem with our Swash 1000.
would you mind uploading the pdf instructions somewhere? I have the same beeping when i lift the seat and the power and eco lights are flashing. I think my seat is way out of waranty and will have to pay full price.
I think they got you on this. If my memory is right, I ordered the part first, then they sent me a link to their website that had the instructions. It's been a few years since I uploaded this video, so the website has to be way off my browser history. I don't know if you could get the replacement part anywhere but Brondell anyway. Good luck.
@@hydroplaneing thanks. I was able to make out some instructions from your video. I unplugged and reconnected all the connectors and it seems to have fixed the issue.
