It is a helpful video but I find the angle of the elbow joint near the seat very unsightly. UPDATE: I did purchase this seat and on my toilet the elbow can be directed downward and is not unsightly. I am happy with the seat.

My hot water in upper floor takes sometime to reach the faucet from basement lines as the hot water tank is in basement. So my question is, this seat also takes that much time to reach the hot water? If that is the case, then I will have a cold wash everytime I guess?

Brondell is an awful company to deal with.. I was sold a defective Swash 1700 and Brondell expected us to pay for the parts. Terrible to deal with. Notice Brondell’s comments are turned off
