The bronny hate is funny to me. Kid has been playing comp since he was a young kid in little league. Well coached and has one of the greatest basketball minds around him his father. If you think he’s not good and doesn’t have a high Ceiling you really just don’t understand basketball. He’s a all around player and a solid defender. His game is polished for college and he’s only gonna get better that’s the scary part. Only thing that can stop him is himself. You just have to let him develop and be patient. Quit checking the box score every single game and looking at how many points he had… that’s ridiculous.
I don’t believe the “hate” has anything to do with whether or not he’s a good player-it’s the same as the LeBroad hate. Folks just think he’s a douchebag.😂 And they’re right.🤷🏻♂️
Bronny scored the quietest 25pts you’ll see. Just an effortless production. He doesn’t force bad shots and has a pure stroke. When he shoots it, it looks like money. I like what I’m seeing.
14:02 Bryce hit biggest shot of his career so far and if he can hit that once he can hit it again just got to keep working and going through the process 💪🏾
I got a chance to watch Brony last night at the LSI Tournament. He is definitely a focal point of the team and while many might point to his skill, which is very good, I really was impressed with his maturity and leadership. As a retired basketball coach I was impressed at the team defense that was suffocating for the entire game.
Thank you coach! Defence is just as important to get to the next level or else you will be exposed. Their defence in this game was the best I have seen.
Bronny and Bryce’s greatest attribute is that they both play with such patience and within their abilities/capabilities. They never seem to do anything outside of themselves during the course of a game. That’ll definitely help them moving forward in their basketball 🏀 journey💯
dickriding be crazy… how u gon say 4 pts is going crazy.. Lmao.. and Bronny dropped above 20.. for someone ranked in top 30 his whole varsity career, it took him like 100 games to get one 20-piece game.. He’s overrated
Bronny out there lookin like a floor general. He got that iq like his dad. Ish is crazy for a highschooler. And to be shootin like that, against real comp?...wild
Bronny is pretty quick and athletic so once he knows how to use his body more, he has the potential to be a great defender. Bryce in the other hand moves so slow and is unathletic overall. I dont see any defensive potential from him whatsoever
@@officialdownload4 nah it don't matter it doesnt work that way. ain't nobody going to talk about what is possible and what we hope he would become. it's about what you are right now. He doesn't even show any potential besides his height.. even before the growth spurt, he showed no skill whatsoever. Doesn't matter if you had a growth spurt. His hands, dribble, and footwork are not good and slow. Bryce has a huge advantage over other high school players with his height but he barely even puts in just 1-2 jumpshots each game and that's it. He's not who y'all be hyping him up as.
@@booyoohouse you have to be 5’2 because coronation with your body take some time n Bryce is a shy kid once he get out the shell I feel bad for whoever and yes he did show a whole bunch of skill playing with his group just let him develop you have to remember his dad is top 2 it’s no way he let his youngest fail
@@booyoohouse The “what’s possible” is what coaches look at the most lol..and yes he was a great facilitator even before the growth spurt jus like Bron and Bronny..you jus chattin bro, I can tell you don’t hoop fr
Bronny is incredible as a SG but really would like to see him running the point more along with using him on more pick and roll/pop plays. Seems like his elite passing ability gets masked in this offense sometimes
Bronny has been a PG all his life. But the fact that he can play off the ball is important for the NBA. Guys like Kyrie, Dame and Curry have proved how important it is for PGs to be able to play off ball.
I live In Oregon and I grew up playing basketball against Jesuit high school ( the team he is playing in this video) and this year they aren’t even close to “one of the best team in the state” this video advertisement is false
Bonny finally getting buckets on varsity is dope to see. Only reason I support him is because he stuck with the game all these years and seems to work hard to get better even tho he came from a wealthy family. Hopefully he will continue to grind like the curry’s did and become a great NBA player like Lebron.
@@raymoney21 yeah but a lot of players in the nba were late bloomers, plus the senior year is the most important year for a high school basketball player, because that’s when it’s almost time to make a decision on your future, so if he averages 20+ points a game he will be at a big school next year, or in the g league.
the thing is bronny doesnt play aggressive at all and thats the things the nba actually looks for. hes already suiting himself up for nba level competition with his play-style. if he needs to be aggressive he will if he doesnt he doesnt. he has one of the greatest basketball players in terms of iq as his dad right there to help him. bryce and bronny will be special
Only thing Bronny is lacking is a little more dog. He’s fundamentally sound, athletic, very skilled, and seems to love the game. I love watching him play. Reminds me so much of his father. He’ll definitely be in the league one day on his own strength, not because of his father.
Love that you have access to these big high school games. Camera work tho. can be dizzying with the amount scanning you do maybe zoom out and get a wider picture instead of always close up.
@@dlowash10 Oh I see now, I thought you posted the wrong time stamp or some shit, my bad. I was tired when I first watched this...And Imma let you have at it with that dork statement n*gga lol
I don’t understand why there not letting bronny play most of the game, maybe they want to give other players more playing time but if he’s dropping more points than the other teammates they should let him play more.
Bronny so streaky! JR Smith type vibe, three ball falling he looks top tier, if not he’s mediocre.. if he had handles he’d consistently look special not just every 3rd/4th game
Exactly, when his shot is on he is damn near unstoppable because he has great form/mechanics, can shoot from anywhere on the floor and has a quick release. His lack of ability to create off the dribble and to attack the basket is what’s holding him back. That’s why he struggles against scoring good team's when his shot is off or if defenders pressure him with the ball in his hands.
Bronny is a solid fundamental pg, todays game is to caught up in guards scoring big points. Bronny locks down and makes the best decision while having the ball.
They ain’t that good it’s a tourney in the 1st round of Bronny em keep winning they will possibly play duncanville in the championship game or might play bishop gorman sooner also if they win tomorrow.
Bronny should join the G league ignite would really help his development to simply focus on ball if he hits his potential I could really see him being a Jrue holiday level player some day which is a good thing considering how most nba stars sons end up
2:56 bad jump ball call. But watch the kid in the green shirt. Never even knew what was happening but was watching bronny reaction to the call and took bronny side. Lol!
@@FuvkSadistic right but they literally aren’t playing him because he’s just not that good it’s just a fact . Ziarre players from freshman year forward Bronny Pippen jr Marvin Bagley Bryce just ain’t what people think he is at least not yet.
As a man who has never been a fan of Lebron (unless that “decision” went to Chicago) I have to say I really want to see both of his boys or at least one play on the same team with their dad before he hangs them sneakers up.
I like the way Bryce plays, calculated calmness with the aggressiveness to initiate when it's right. A combination of Kobe Bryant and Dwyane Wade in one
no way he compared Bryce, who can’t dribble, don’t have speed or skillset, and is unathletic to all time NBA greats Wade and Kobe 😭😭. bryce is averaging like what ? 2 pts? Y’all the reason why they get so much hate
You know what, Bronny was actually wack 2yrs ago. But now he has turned into a good player. Still think he needs at least 1 yr of college. If he does that he'll be ready for the league. And Bryce is coming along nicely!
in case it's not common knowledge, Jesuit has a reputation for being a formidable HS in every sport. People say they recruit from all over the area as a private school compared to the public schools like Beaverton and Sunset which don't have as many ways to hide the books. They have wicked facilities with direct Nike Sponsorships, due to Phil Knight's involvement and the Nike World Headquarters less than 15 minutes away. So Jesuit usually mops the floor when playing any team outside of Central Catholic or other State Championship Caliber teams. Props to Sierra Canyon. (But that's just a game theory)
