There are too many differences in the LeBron / Bronny scenario vs Joy working in the media. One, LeBron acts as if Bronny is entitled or good enough to play in the NBA. Second, Klutch sports has already said behind the scenes that Bronny isn’t signing a two way. Third, LeBron has let it be known on multiple occasions that he wants to play with his son. Fourth, the media has hyped Bronny up unjustifiably solely because he’s the son of a player and not because he’s a player. Lastly, Bronny’s draft status is becoming a real thing because of potential but because teams honestly feel they can lure LeBron to sign with them. I guarantee Jason helped get his sister a chance but she proved herself and all these others factors weren’t apart of the equation.

I listened to two scouts talk about him. They called him "UN- draft worthy". Too small and too slow. He wants to be a small forward but he's too small. He can't run an offense and she doesn't shoot very well so he can't be a guard. Both those scouts agreed that if his last name wasn't James he'd never get a look from any professional team not just the NBA. Maybe he will have a career as an athletic supporter.

This is the problem with nepotism, especially in team sportys... the person benefiting from will not be protected by others not his/her circle. The parents are setting up their child to receive constant criticism, and mentally, they may not be able to handle it. The fact Lebron put out a statement not approving about the conversation around his son going to the NBA, something he did not earn, shows clearly he has disregard the fact that he has caused this by using the nepotism card instead of letting him make or fail on his own merit.

Bronny had nba training his entire basketball career and the highest he’s ever avg is 13 ppg as a senior. Yet he has the audacity to refuse workouts from certain teams 😂😂 lebron could force you into the nba but he can’t save you from being exposed on the court. He’s basically a cone on offense and will be bbq chicken on defense

The NBA G League is more competitive than high school leagues. If a player only averages 5 points per game in high school, it’s unlikely they will score 10 points per game in the NBA G League. He is considered a bust because billionaires typically do not put in the same level of effort stop the hype he is the LONZO BALL 2 point zero Period.

This LeBron nepotism stuff will work itself out in due time. Bron will be retired eventually and if Bronny is good, he’ll be a contributing factor on a team in the league for years. If he’s not, his career will be short or he’ll fade away to a bench warmer position and people will move on. It doesn’t matter how you get it. It matters what you do with it.
