Anyway, for those already in the Bronx, the BX11 goes right through the park near the site, and the BX17. I was on the #11 bus yesterday going there just to see where they were setting up.

This has all lasted well beyond 3 years. It's been close to 20yrs since I last visited. I told my husband "If you hear 'pop, pop, pop', YOU DROP. Do not even ask questions". He was so psychologically impacted by what his senses took in first hand, he asked me to never bring our kids and myself back there. He was legit concerned for harm. Now can you imagine what its like for those who LIVE there? I couldn't even be in the stairwell of my family's building without exposing myself to potential assault. Or use the elevator without standing in urine because its treated like a toilet
