Of course Hulk 181 at 8.5 dropped the most of any of the grades for that book. That's the grade of my copy of Hulk 181.

I wouldn't worry too much about that. If you're keeping it long term, a high grade like an 8.5 will retain its value and grow.

The census numbers keep going up for bronze and the collector base isn’t growing so it should keep trending down.

Possibly, but the census increased every from 2000 to 2020, and the prices kept slowing increasing.
