I completely understand why this was chosen as the main single 🫣 it’s so good. I love the scene where she’s walking up to the pole. It reminds me of her “a study in duality” video from years ago. That weird almost fashion “monster” energy that I fell in love with originally! She’s grown as an artist whilst still retaining her ability to push boundaries aesthetically and set new trends.

Shes been out here for aggggesss the issue with her is that her aesthetic was always tooo daring to the sensetive bitches out here. Ive been listening to her since I WANNA F RN WHICH i first heard like almost 10 yrs ago. ive seen broke also to try new way to become mainstream in general but she just didn’t feel like herself while having that little big glimpse of Light Back when she released living out loud. She probably lost interest in following the label tell her what to do and got dropped or just parted her ways on her own. Since Then she released a album which is totally her aesthetic ALWAYS had been. Sex, bdsm, emo, goth, Dark etc which is sooo GOOD. I also really was wowed how she took some Y2k On her music video flip phone. She rly found her way from there reformed her aesthetic. Our girl brooke might had a lot of bs happening to her be it financially or labels that didn’t flow w her but She is having still a 50% chance to make it out While its her time.

tbh she could have been while she was signed to RCA and Sia was producing her album, i know she wasn't happy w the sanitized image the label wanted but she honestly should have done like a lot of artists do, suck up and release the generic pop shit on label then use the money+fame to produce your own music as you want like, Gaga, Tyler, Doja and many other successful artists, literally did this
